Next Technologies, LLC offers a 30 day return policy on all products from the original date of purchase. Original receipt must accompany any product to be returned/exchanged. The product must be in the original box with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and registration information in undamaged, clean, and brand-new condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please keep shipping and insurance information, including tracking number, until your account has been credited or replacement/repaired product is received.
